Selling Your Property

We understand the needs of vendors and strive to make the selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Leveraging our experience in the local property market, we handle every aspect of your property sale.

We market your property on all the major real estate portals as well as our own website and social media, using professional, high-quality photographs and a detailed description to ensure your property is perfectly presented. Our extensive database of buyers and flexible viewing schedules make the process convenient for you and potential buyers.

For the Sales service we apply a fee of 2%+vat (2.4% inc vat) for sole agency & 2.5%+vat (3% inc vat) for multi agency of the final sold price.

Letting Your Property

We pride ourselves on offering a professional and efficient service for landlords. With years of experience in the lettings market, we understand the needs of landlords and maintain a presence on top property networks to find tenants quickly.

We conduct extensive tenant referencing to ensure we find the most reliable tenants. Our services range from tenant sourcing and rent collection to a Fully Managed service that allows you to relax while we handle any issues that arise, including maintenance with our trusted contractors.

Our team is dedicated to keeping you informed throughout the rental process and addressing any inquiries you may have. At Viewit, we value customer satisfaction and treat the rental of your property as if it were our own.

For the Lettings service we apply a fee of 9%+vat (10.8% inc vat) for sole agency & 10%+vat (12% inc vat) for multi agency of the annual rent.

For the Management and consultancy service we apply a fee of 5%+vat (6% inc vat) in line with rental payments.

Buying a Property (Sourcing)

Whether you're a first-time buyer, looking to upgrade your current property, or invest in real estate, our experienced team is here to assist you. With years of experience in the local sales market, we understand the importance of every property purchase and are ready to support you throughout the entire process.

You can have one Property Consultant as point of contact, but be connected with all properties available on the market and off-market thanks to our long term relations with London's estate agencies, sourcing the right property for your requirement and have the expert vision to make sure no detail is missed, handling with you the offer process until exchange of contracts.

For the Buying service we apply a fee of 1%+vat (1.2% inc vat) of the listing price (minimum fee may apply).

Renting a Property (Sourcing)

We recognise that renting a property in London can be challenging. At Viewit, we aim to streamline this process for you. With a diverse range of properties constantly available across the City, we are confident we can find something that meets your needs and budget.

For the Renting service we apply a fee of the equivalent amount of one month rent+vat of the listing price (minimum fee may apply).
